Make sure that all appliance installation standards have been met (including dimensions and necessary components), there is a clear unloading zone, there is no obstacle to entry into the installation place, and an adult 18 years or older was present at delivery.

Before the delivery person leaves, confirm that your appliances are in good working order. If you notice any damage or an issue with one of your appliances, raise it with your delivery agent at the time of delivery. All returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods if the appliance is damaged upon delivery.

The delivery people are not carpenters, plumbers, or electricians. All electrical outlets, water and gas shutoff valves, and cabinets must be accessible and in accordance with appliance standards and zoning rules prior to your arrival. To stack any appliances, you'll need a compatible stacking kit that must be purchased at the same time as your order.
